Thrive Leaving Care is dedicated to providing a range of services that meet the unique needs of young people who are leaving the care system or are unaccompanied asylum seekers. Our services include:

GROUP LIVING HOMES
Our Group Living Homes provide a safe and supportive environment for up to 4 young people, with 10 hours of support each week. These homes offer a sense of community and shared responsibility, while still providing a level of independence for each resident. Our staff work closely with each resident to develop a personalised support plan that meets their individual needs and goals.

SOLO HOMES
For young people who require more independence and less intensive support, our Solo Homes offer a supportive living environment with a higher level of independence. Residents live in their own self-contained accommodation with access to on-site support and guidance as needed. Our staff work with each resident to provide a tailored support plan that helps them develop the skills they need to live independently.

SHARED HOMES FOR UNACCOMPANIED ASYLUM SEEKERS
We also offer Shared Homes specifically for unaccompanied asylum seekers, with tailored support to meet their unique needs. These homes offer a supportive and welcoming environment for young people who may be facing significant challenges in their lives. Our staff work closely with each resident to provide practical and emotional support, as well as assistance with accessing education, healthcare and legal services.
Our services are designed to provide young people with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals and build a brighter future.

Our staff are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and empowering environment for all of our residents. Here are some items that may come as part of a furnished supported living property for young people:
